Hello everyone:
Some of you may know, but this year's Baltimore Comic-Con went pretty bad for me. In my 4+ years of going to cons (and 5th Baltimore as a guest), it ranked among one of the worst financially and exposure-wise. At times, I felt invisible and generally ignored by the masses. There were many reasons for this- but I'll detail that later in a journal.
As the show progressed, I had plenty of time to walk around and talk to my art buddies, one of them being Charles Paul Wilson III :iconcpwiii:. I talked to Charles about my poor experience at the show and just how horrible I felt. Charles was more than gracious with kind words and gifts- I had to repay him. Thus.......I drew him The Scarecrow from Batman.
Folks........Charles is all-aces, and if you haven't, go check out the book he illustrates, "The Stuff of Legend".

Sorry to hear about the con experience and I'm sure it doesn't help the art funk any either. Stuff like that seems to pile up but that makes you appreciate what goes good even more like talking to your friend and drawing this groovy Scarecrow up.
