Jigglypuff of Doom

Well.......

Chad extended a challenge to us fellow Stimulate:Create'ers, and it was Jigglypuff.

This is what you get. Blame him.

On a technical note, I tried out a new set of markers, Spectrum Noir. Too much juice and bleeding for my taste, but I can see how you can really get some nice watercolor effects with them. I'll tame them eventually.
